Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF)

The International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) is an annual global youth STEAM competition held in various cities across the United States. It is the world’s largest and most prestigious youth science and engineering fair and brings together students who have advanced from regional selections. The Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association has been the exclusive organiser for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region since 2003. Winners receive awards and some top prizewinners have been recommended for honours such as having minor planets named after them.

Prizes for top projects including first and second prizes; some top winners have been recommended for having minor planets named after them.

Participants must first qualify through regional selections in their respective countries or areas to advance to the global finals.

Students advance to ISEF by qualifying through regional selection processes in their country or area.
