SPS Travel Grants

The IEEE Signal Processing Society provides competitive travel grants to SPS members to attend the ICASSP and ICIP conferences. Grants are awarded to applicants who demonstrate genuine need for support and take paper quality into consideration. Grants are disbursed on a reimbursement basis and may only be used to cover travel expenses to attend the approved conference in person. Applications are submitted online through the official travel grant submission system.

Reimbursement for travel expenses (airfare, accommodations, transit) with typical awards up to $750 or $1500.

Applicants must be SPS members at the time of application; grants are awarded to applicants with genuine need and paper quality is considered. Specific programs include grants for practicing engineers and certified chapter student travel grants.
