IEEE CIS Travel Grants

A set of travel grants offered by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society to assist IEEE CIS members to attend IEEE CIS conferences and present papers in person at WCCI 2026. Multiple grant categories are available including student conference travel grants, grants for researchers from developing countries, grants for young professionals/early-career researchers, and participation grants that waive or discount student early registration fees. Grants are paid as a digital reimbursement of a fixed amount after in-person participation. Amounts differ for intra-continental and inter-continental participants.

Digital reimbursement of a fixed travel amount (typically USD 600 or USD 1,200 depending on region) and student participation grants that waive or discount the early registration fee.

Open to IEEE CIS members; specific categories target IEEE CIS Student Members, IEEE CIS members of grades higher than Student from developing countries, young professionals and early-career researchers presenting papers, and non-lead student authors or non-author students for participation grants.
