ANITI Excellence Scholarships 2026

ANITI Excellence Scholarships support top Master's students (M1 or M2) specializing in Artificial Intelligence and related tracks. Approximately 20 scholarships are awarded each year to students enrolled in ANITI-labeled Master’s programs. The scholarship provides financial support for one academic year to students who commit to join a research project within an ANITI chair, typically beginning with the M2 internship. Applications are submitted per Master’s program (separate application required for each program).

€10,000 total for one year, paid as 10 monthly installments of €1,000

Open to students of all nationalities; applicants may apply for M1 entry if they hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and for M2 entry if they are current M1 students or engineering students in double-degree programs.

Submit a separate application for each ANITI-labeled Master’s program. M1 applicants submit a Statement of Purpose via the application link; M2 applicants upload a single PDF (under 10MB) including Statement of Purpose, M1 application file and transcripts via the submission portal.
