Erasmus+ för utbytesstudier

Erasmus+ for exchange studies is a European scholarship programme funded by the European Commission to help students in Europe study in another European country, develop language skills and experience a new culture. At Örebro University, students who are nominated for an exchange and where the search portal indicates "Erasmusstipendium ingår" are granted an Erasmus+ study grant. The grant is a mobility supplement intended to cover additional costs such as travel and accommodation; amounts depend on destination country and duration. Additional support exists for travel, students with children and students with documented long-term disabilities, and payments are made in two instalments (70% before mobility, 30% after reporting).

Students at Örebro University who are nominated for an Erasmus+ exchange via Örebro University, undertake full-time studies (30 hp), intend to obtain a degree at Örebro University, have credits from the exchange accredited at Örebro University, study on-site in the host country, are on exchange between 60 and 365 days, and have not been awarded other EU or UHR scholarships for the same exchange term.

Students are nominated for Erasmus+ exchanges via Örebro University (Sökportalen). If an exchange place includes an Erasmus grant, the student receives information by email about steps for payment and must submit required documents (Certificate of Attendance, Erasmus Participant report, study report) after mobility.
