Yellow Seed 2027 Industrial Psychology Internship

A paid, in-person internship program in Industrial/Organisational Psychology based at Yellow Seed's Johannesburg office. Interns work with multiple clients across industries on client-facing projects and gain hands-on experience with AI-driven and gamified HR technologies. The programme is aligned with HPCSA guidelines and focuses on talent management, assessment, HR management, learning & development, and team and culture development. Intake is scheduled for February 2027.

Applicants must have completed their first year of a Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology, be registered with the HPCSA as a student or Intern Psychologist in 2027, be a South African citizen or hold a relevant work permit, and have their own vehicle; computer literacy and Microsoft suite experience required.
