Singapore Math Challenge & Global Finals (SMC & SMGF)

The Singapore Math Challenge (SMC) is a paper-based mathematics contest for Year 1 to 11 (Primary 1 to Secondary 5) students. The contest is written by Singapore MOE teachers and provides formative and summative assessment data to inform teaching and learning. Participants receive award e-certificates and winners are invited to compete in the Singapore Math Global Finals (SMGF). The SMC contest in 2026 is held in schools on 10–11 September 2026 and registration is conducted via school teachers.

Open to Year 1 to 11 (Primary 1 to Secondary 5) students studying in Malaysia.

School teachers fill the interest form; an invitation is sent to the teacher's email when eligible.
