The Harpswell Leadership Residents Program 2026 is a fully funded residency in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, lasting four months. It invites candidates from around the world to volunteer, teach English, mentor, and support Cambodian residents within Harpswell’s leadership centers, with a focus on women’s leadership.
