GSIS Scholarship Program

The GSIS Scholarship Program is a scholarship offered by the Government Service Insurance System of the Philippines to support higher education for dependents of active GSIS members or pensioners. It covers tuition and other educational expenses, enabling students to pursue four- to five-year degree programs in recognized HEIs, with renewal possible each year. The program provides a fixed scholarship amount and a monthly stipend to selected scholars.

Tuition coverage up to PHP 40,000 per year and a monthly stipend of PHP 2,000; educational expenses covered as part of the scholarship.

Dependent of an active GSIS member or pensioner, with 15+ years of GSIS contributions, enrolled in a four- or five-year course in a CHED-recognized HEI, and with family income not exceeding PHP 500,000 per year; applicant must be no more than 21 years old and have a GWA of at least 80%.

Applications can be submitted online through the GSIS website or in person at GSIS offices; complete the required documents and follow GSIS submission instructions.
