African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) Graduate Development Programme 2025/2026

Graduate development programme to prepare incumbents to acquire the legal certification to work in the mining industry and complete required training to gain exposure and knowledge across sections. It targets multiple disciplines and locations in South Africa and aims to develop participants to contribute toward business goals.

Graduates with relevant tertiary qualifications in the listed disciplines (Geology, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Human Resources Development, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Health, Finance) are eligible to apply.
