SAP Young Professionals Program South Africa 2026

The SAP Young Professionals Program South Africa is a free two-month online training initiative for recent graduates designed to prepare participants for a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. The program provides certifications and soft skills training, with SAP facilitating introductions to opportunities within its ecosystem upon completion.

Participants gain globally-recognised SAP certifications, classroom and workshop-based training, development of soft skills, and introductions to job opportunities within the SAP ecosystem after the training.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in South Africa; be unemployed or in a part-time/non-permanent role; hold at least a Bachelor degree in a related field; ideally graduated within the last 3 years with top-quartile GPA; have a keen interest in a career in SAP and be fluent in English; the program starts by the end of January 2026 and runs full-time online for 2 months.
