The Heineken Beverages Management Trainee Programme 2025

The Heineken Beverages Management Trainee Programme is an 18-month internship-style development program for graduates, focused on the Packaging field within Heineken Beverages’ supply chain. It provides exposure to supply chain support functions, improvement projects, and a learning journey linked to an Action Learning Project, with coaching from technical experts to prepare for leadership roles.

South African citizens, 2025 graduates, with a tertiary qualification (Degree/BTech) in BSC Engineering and related fields, who can demonstrate strong leadership and analytical abilities.
