ECOWAS Immersion Program 2026

The ECOWAS Immersion Program is a one-year placement for young graduates to gain field experience within ECOWAS institutions and agencies. It aims to promote understanding of ECOWAS programs, enhance employability, and facilitate regional integration by immersive work experience. The program targets graduates from ECOWAS member states and includes practical arrangements to carry out duties in host structures, including in-person or online participation as required.

Young graduates are financially empowered and acquire professional experience through their immersion in ECOWAS programs; they contribute to the implementation of ECOWAS programs.

Young graduates from ECOWAS member states, aged between 18 and 32, with a Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate or equivalent degree.
