The Custodian Graduate Trainee Programme is an intensive program for young people who are resourceful and passionate about building a career within the financial services industry. It targets fresh graduates who will undergo training to gain practical experience on the job while employed by Custodian.

Candidates must be graduates with a university degree and meet age and NYSC requirements as stated; the ideal candidate is not more than 25 years old by June 30, 2025 and has completed NYSC with a minimum of Second Class Upper.
