Absa Bank Kenya Graduate Trainee Program 2025 for young Kenyan graduates

The Absa Bank Kenya Graduate Trainee Program is an 18-month fixed-term contract for recent graduates across multiple teams, including Risk, Finance, Legal, Corporate & Investment Banking, Business Banking, and Digital teams. It offers development in leadership, technical job-related skills, and exposure to a pan-African professional network. The program targets graduates with specific degree qualifications and high academic performance, aiming to develop them for roles within the bank.

Development in leadership and self-management, customer-centric and behavioral skills, technical job-related skills, access to a Pan-Africa professional network, exposure to local and global markets, coaching from managers and peers, involvement in real-business project work.

Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Finance, Law, Economics, Statistics or related fields, with 2nd class upper or above, and who can graduate by 31 July 2025. Must have KCSE mean grade A- and above, English and Mathematics grade B+ and above, and be below 26 years of age.
