M-PESA Africa (MPA) Accelerate 360 Internship Program 2025

The M-PESA Africa (MPA) Accelerate 360 Internship Program is a six-month internship based in Kenya for recent graduates or students nearing graduation. It offers hands-on exposure across multiple teams, including project administration, UI/UX design, risk and compliance, and other functions within a fintech company, with structured learning and a potential CSR project.

Monthly stipend, access to L&D courses and coaching, CSR project participation, real project experience, alumni community access.

Age 21-26 years; completed coursework or graduated in the last year; currently not permanently employed; available for 6 consecutive months.
