Sterling Apprenticeship Program (SAP) 2025

Sterling Apprenticeship Program is a work-study opportunity for Nigerian students who are currently enrolled in university or OND graduates. Participants are enrolled in a partner institution, work with Sterling in a structured work-study model, receive tuition support, and are paid a monthly stipend while gaining real-world experience and mentorship.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a university or hold an OND certificate, be at least 18 years old (OND graduates up to 21).
