World Bank/IFC Investment Analyst Africa Recruitment Drive 2025 for young professionals

Applications are open for the 2025 World Bank/IFC Investment Analyst Recruitment. IFC seeks Investment Analysts to work with investment divisions and country teams on deal generation, investment execution, and portfolio management, with offices in 100+ countries. Successful candidates will join IFC as Investment Analysts on a three-year term contract extendable to a maximum of five years.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics or pertinent fields, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, financial consulting, etc.
