Heineken Global Graduate Program 2025

Applications are open for the Heineken Global Graduate Program, a three-year path with three rotations and subsequent roles within the home operating company. Bachelor’s degree required; no specific previous work experience is required beyond a maximum of one year post-graduation; fluency in English is essential plus local language requirements; must have the right to work in the program’s country and be globally mobile.
