FirstBank Management Associate Programme 2025

The FirstBank Management Associate Programme (FMAP) is a 24-month fast-track developmental programme targeted at young, dynamic graduates. It aims to build a pipeline of future leaders for FirstBank with opportunities for cross-country posting and promotion based on performance. The programme is available in Ghana and Nigeria.

Candidates must have a minimum of a second-class upper division, possess a master's degree or relevant professional certifications, be up to 30 years old, have at least 3 years of work experience, and be proficient in English.
