SAP Young Professionals Program 2025

The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free online training initiative designed to help recent graduates begin a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. It runs for two months and includes classroom and workshop-based training in SAP technologies, along with certifications and soft-skill development. At the end, SAP facilitates introductions to opportunities with SAP customers and partners, though a job is not guaranteed.

Candidates must have the right to work in the eligible country, be currently unemployed or in a part-time/non-permanent role, hold at least a Bachelor degree in related fields, preferably be a recent graduate with top-quartile GPA, be willing to travel, and be fluent in English.
