The Amazon Leadership Initiative (TheALI) Annual Leadership Forum for Young Female Leaders 2025 is a leadership forum for young African women and girls. The event will be held in Abuja, Nigeria, in person and online, and focuses on developing public, civic, and business leadership skills for participants.

Open to young African women and girls between 14 and 35 years old.
