ADBI 25th Anniversary Essay Contest: Priorities for Shaping Asia’s Future Sustainable Development, 2022, Japan

ADBI invites young scholars and professionals from ADB member economies to submit a 600-800 word essay addressing a socioeconomic challenge that will significantly impact prosperity and well-being in Asia and the Pacific over the next decade. The contest focuses on one or more themes such as poverty and inequality, gender equality, regional cooperation, livable cities, rural development and food security, governance, climate resilience, and sustainable development. Submissions should include a title, author name, affiliation, and contact information.

Young scholars and professionals (32 years old and below) from ADB member economies are invited to participate.
