Talent Pipeline Fly-In Grant Program 2026

The Talent Pipeline Fly-In Grant Program provides grants to North Dakota communities to host fly-in events that connect out-of-state job seekers with local employers and life in North Dakota. Eligible communities may receive up to $25,000 in matching grant funding to support planning and hosting the event, with a required 1:1 matching contribution. Applications are open with funding awarded on a rolling basis until all funds are committed.
