EduSpots Head of Education Job Opportunity in Ghana 2026

EduSpots is seeking a full-time Head of Education to lead the development and expansion of its Education Hub in Ghana. The role involves overseeing curriculum development, learning innovation, staff management, monitoring and evaluation, and partnership development, with the aim of scaling community-led educational programmes and technological innovations. The position is remote-based with preferred location in Accra and some travel, offering a competitive salary range.

Full-time employment with a gross monthly salary between GHS 8,000 and GHS 12,000; remote-friendly with some travel; leadership responsibilities in a growing educational NGO.
