The Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is a core governance group for ENDZ Group CIC, open to young people aged 14 to 19 living or studying in Greater London. Members influence decisions, contribute to new initiatives, campaigns, events, and content, and help shape the organisation’s direction from the early stages of projects.
