Horizon Europe Africa Initiative IV 2026–2027: €605 Million EU Funding Opportunity for African Researchers, Innovators, Universities and Organizations

Africa Initiative IV is part of the Horizon Europe programme and aims to fund international research and innovation collaborations between Africa and Europe. It targets universities, research institutes, startups, private sector companies, NGOs, and public institutions to develop solutions in health, green transition, technology, and capacity building. Proposals are evaluated through competitive research and innovation grants within multi‑organization consortia.
