WINGS Africa Coordinator

The WINGS Africa Coordinator is a full-time consultancy role hosted by WINGS (Worldwide Initiatives for Grantmaker Support). It supports regional engagement and network development for philanthropy across Africa, with oversight of events, partnerships, and knowledge production within a global philanthropy network. The position offers an annual salary and opportunities to work with a network of organizations across multiple countries.

Annual salary of USD 30,000 – 40,000; experience with a global philanthropy network; leadership and strategic experience; exposure to international philanthropy ecosystems.

Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required, with fluency in English and French; candidates must be based in Africa.
