Director of Impact – The Luminos Fund (Education & Data Role)

The Luminos Fund is seeking a Director of Impact to lead its Impact team in data-driven decision making. This full-time role may be based in multiple international offices or remotely within a specific time-zone range. The position focuses on collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data to improve learning outcomes for marginalized children, with responsibilities spanning strategy, program development, data management, and team leadership.

Salary within the stated range. eligible for location-based adjustments.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (one degree in a quantitative field). Minimum 5 years of relevant cross-cultural experience; at least 3 years leading high-performing technical teams.
