MIASA Individual Residential Fellowships at the University of Ghana

The Merian Institute for Advanced Studies in Africa (MIASA) offers up to ten Individual Residential Fellowships for the academic year 2025/2026 at the University of Ghana. Fellowships last 3 to 10 months and support interdisciplinary research in the Humanities and Social Sciences, with a residential component at MIASA. Financial support includes salary/teaching substitution costs, accommodation, travel reimbursement, and family allowances where applicable.

Open to scholars at junior and senior levels who have been awarded a doctoral degree at least three months prior to the start of the fellowship.
