Presidential Amnesty Scholarship 2025

The Presidential Amnesty Scholarship is a government-backed award to cover tuition fees and other educational expenses for Nigerian undergraduates and masters students. It targets indigenes of the Niger Delta and supports study at selected Nigerian universities. The scholarship provides financial support including living stipends and book allowances.
