NDDC Local Masters Scholarship for Nigerians 2025/26

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) offers fully funded Masters Scholarships for Nigerian students from the Niger Delta region. The program aims to equip Niger Deltans with training and skills for development and global competition, covering tuition, accommodation, study and research expenses, plus living allowances. It is a time-bound scholarship for Master's studies, potentially abroad.

Applicants must be indigenes of the Niger Delta region, not older than 40, and hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree (First Class, Second Class Upper, or Lower), or an HND with Upper Credit and a PGD.
