Shaping Futures Academy 2026

The Shaping Futures Academy 2026 is a part-time online and in-person capacity-building programme organised by the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) in Bonn, Germany, in collaboration with CDD Ghana. It combines three online learning blocks with a four-week in-person module, and includes study trips to Berlin and Brussels. Selected participants receive support covering travel, accommodation, a living allowance, insurance, and online learning subsidies for the programme duration.

Travel to and from Germany; accommodation for the in-person phase; a monthly living allowance; health, accident, and personal liability insurance; subsidy for online-phase requirements.

Applicants should be nationals or permanent residents of eligible countries, aged 25–40, with at least three years of relevant work experience, and with employer support. Proficiency in English (CEFR B2) and openness to teamwork are required.
