EMBO Short Term Fellowships

EMBO Short-Term Fellowships fund research visits of up to three months to laboratories in Europe and elsewhere in the world. The aim is to facilitate valuable collaborations with research groups applying techniques unavailable in the home laboratory. Short-Term Fellowships are intended for joint research work and involve movement between countries, with one country being an EMBC Member State.

Travel costs and subsistence support for the fellow

Applicants can be scientists with less than ten years of professional experience since finishing their PhD degree; pre-doctoral scientists who have not yet completed a PhD are also eligible.

Submit an application to EMBO; no deadline; ideally about three months before the proposed starting date
