iLEAD Fellowships for Nigerians

The iLEAD Fellowship is a one-year leadership development programme for dynamic graduates. Selected fellows are placed as subject teachers in public secondary schools in Akwa Ibom state, with mentoring, two weeks of intensive training, an internship with development organizations, and participation in LEAP Africa’s alumni network for ongoing impact in their communities.

Applicants should be graduates who are passionate about social change and pursuing a career in the development sector; National Youth Service Corps members posted to Akwa Ibom State are explicitly mentioned.
