International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Ubiquitous Communications

The International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Ubiquitous Communications (ICUC 2026) is an international conference for researchers and practitioners to present advances in intelligent computing, machine intelligence, and communication networks. The event will be held in Shenyang, China, from August 21–24, 2026. Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Conference Proceedings and indexed by EI, with potential invitations to SCI-indexed journals for some papers.

Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Conference Proceedings. authors may be invited to submit to special issues in SCI-indexed journals.
