EIGE Traineeships

The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) offers traineeship opportunities based in Vilnius, Lithuania and at the Brussels Liaison Office. Trainees are graduates in listed fields who work across various Units for up to 11 months, receiving a monthly grant and a travel allowance. The programme provides hands-on experience within an EU institution related to gender equality and policy impact.

Monthly grant (€1,344.35) and a travel allowance; opportunity to gain experience in an EU institution.

Graduates in business administration, finance, law, human resources management, knowledge management & communications or similar; nationals of an EU Member State, an EFTA country or an IPA-qualifying country; proficiency in English.
