EED Secretariat Traineeships

The European Endowment for Democracy offers traineeships in Brussels for young people. Trainees receive a monthly allowance and participate in a professional programme related to democracy support and advocacy, with eligibility focused on early-career applicants and recent graduates.

Monthly stipend/allowance

Be under 30 years old; have a university degree obtained within the last 24 months or be currently enrolled at a university; proficiency in Arabic and English; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; citizenship of an EU Member State or residency in the EU is preferred, but not mandatory; for Belgian residents, Annex 15 or a residence card allowing unlimited access to the labour market is required.
