LUX Audience Award Cinema Young Professionals Programme

The LUX Audience Award Cinema Young Professionals programme is a fully funded programme for early-career cinema professionals. It provides a training module in Strasbourg, France, plus a communication campaign to promote the LUX Audience Award at national and European levels. The programme focuses on cinema exhibition, programming, marketing, and audience development for those aged 18 to 35 who work in cinema-related roles.

Participants receive training modules and participate in a communication campaign to promote the LUX Audience Award at national and European levels.

Be between 18 and 35 years old, and be permanently employed or on long-term contracts in roles connected to cinema exhibition, programming, communication, marketing, social media, film education, or audience outreach and development; be a citizen or resident of an EU Member State; be available to participate in both training and campaign modules.
