NATO Youth Advisory Board

The NATO Youth Advisory Board is a competitive, 12-month program designed to appoint young advisors to NATO to shape its youth engagement initiatives and public diplomacy strategies. It targets individuals who have demonstrated leadership in youth-focused communities across areas such as peace, technology, and social activism. Participants contribute to NATO’s engagement efforts and produce outputs to raise awareness of NATO's mission.

Applicants must be from NATO member or partner countries and be between 18 and 34 years old. They should have strong public speaking skills and English proficiency (French is advantageous), and demonstrate leadership in youth-focused communities.

Applicants need to submit their application form and CV along with a presentation video (maximum three minutes) in English or French.
