Connecting Europe Fellowship

The Connecting Europe Fellowship is a fellowship for young professionals to connect with policymakers and develop independent research on how EU policy and enlargement intersect, including topics such as rule of law, democratic resilience, green transition, digital governance, and foreign policy. Fellows spend three months in Brussels to advance their research and engage with EU institutions and EPC experts. The programme offers opportunities to publish policy-relevant research and access to EU policymakers.

Early- to mid-career researchers or professionals with at least one year of experience and a Master’s degree.
