ISC Civic Science Fellow 2026

The ISC Civic Science Fellowship is a fully funded, 18-month fellowship hosted remotely by the International Science Council. It is designed for outstanding early- to mid-career researchers who are passionate about science communication, public engagement, and evidence-informed policymaking, with possible travel to Paris and UN locations. Participants work with ISC and international partners to develop and test tools and resources that improve how scientific evidence informs global decision-making.

Monthly stipend (~USD 5,000); international networking opportunities; potential travel to Paris and UN locations; opportunities to publish and contribute to policy-relevant research.

Open to outstanding early- to mid-career researchers who are passionate about science communication, public engagement, and evidence-informed policymaking.
