Programme d’Associé Professionnel Junior de la Banque Mondiale

The World Bank Junior Professional Associate Programme is a two-year, entry-level professional opportunity for graduates to gain hands-on experience in development work within World Bank offices around the world. Selected candidates work on assignments across operations and corporate functions, developing analytical and research skills and exposure to poverty reduction and shared prosperity initiatives.

Two-year contract with benefits; exposure to global development work across multiple offices.

Candidates must be 28 years old or younger on the first day of service, hold the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree, and be fluent in English (additional Working Languages are a plus).

Applications are accepted year-round with no fixed deadline and remain active for six months in the database.
