Bézout Labex Masters Scholarships

The Bézout Labex Masters Scholarships is a funded master’s scholarship program at the University Paris-Est in France for outstanding students to pursue integrated master’s programs in mathematics and computer science. Selected candidates study across tracks in mathematics or computer science, with an interdisciplinary component and an initiation to research toward a possible doctoral path. A two-week French-language preparatory phase precedes year-long coursework and a 3- to 4-month research initiation in a lab; successful scholars may be invited to start a funded PhD in the Bézout Labex.

Monthly stipend of around €1300 for 11 months; potential pathway to a funded PhD; involvement in a research initiation in a laboratory.

Open to all nationalities; applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree in mathematics or computer science and be in the first year of a master’s or PhD program.
