Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program 2027 at the University of Oxford

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program 2027 at the University of Oxford is a fully funded scholarship for African students pursuing a one-year taught Master’s degree in the United Kingdom. It is delivered through a partnership between the Mastercard Foundation, the University of Oxford, and the Africa Oxford Initiative (AfOx). The program includes comprehensive financial support, leadership development, and a unique Ubuntu Period of Service after graduation to apply skills in Africa. Scholars gain academic mentoring, professional training, and access to a global network of changemakers.

Full tuition coverage, living expenses, travel expenses, visa and immigration support, leadership development, mentoring, professional and entrepreneurial training, access to Oxford resources.

Open to African citizens who have completed an undergraduate degree and maintained an excellent academic record, and who are applying for a full-time one-year Master’s programme at the University of Oxford.
