1-Year Fellowship at Hilti Group Headquarters for US-Based Graduates

The 1-Year Fellowship at Hilti Group Headquarters is a fully funded international fellowship for early-career graduates. It combines an initial language and cultural immersion in Germany with a 12-month paid fellowship at Hilti’s international headquarters in Liechtenstein, where Fellows work in engineering, IT, software and digital innovation, research and development, sustainability, or corporate functions. The program includes career mentorship, international networking, visa support, accommodation during the Germany phase, and a monthly salary with health insurance coverage.
