Assessor L. W. Knagenhjelm og fru Selma Knagenhjelms født Rolls legat is a foundation that awards travel scholarships for legal candidates and supports further education and research abroad. The fund provides support for law graduates who wish to pursue further training for the Norwegian civil service abroad and welcomes PhD candidates seeking to work as guest researchers at foreign universities. Awards are made following a recommendation from the Faculty of Law.

Travel scholarship to support further education abroad or guest researcher stays at foreign universities.

Legal candidates who have graduated with laud from the University of Oslo and who wish to take further education for the Norwegian civil service abroad. PhD candidates who will work as guest researchers at foreign universities are also welcome to apply.

Awards are made following a recommendation from the Faculty of Law (Det juridiske fakultet).
