The Suomen ylioppilaskuntien liitto (SYL) ry seeks a political and organizational leader to serve as Secretary-General. The role includes leading advocacy efforts, managing employees and office operations, and guiding the organisation’s strategy and finances. The position is full-time and offered on a fixed-term basis until May/December 2029 or potentially as a permanent appointment; start date is 1 August 2026 or, if possible, in June 2026. The organisation is based in Finland with interviews held in Helsinki.

Applicants must have university-level studies and strong Finnish language skills, good command of English; knowledge of Swedish is considered a plus.
