SYL Board 2026 Deployment / SYL Board Election 2025

The SYL Board is a full-time governance role within the National Union of University Students in Finland. The board is elected to serve for the 2026 term, with members and the Chair chosen by assembly representatives; the position includes a monthly fee and additional pay for the Chair and Vice Chair. The role is elected through a General Assembly and involves engagement with Students’ Unions and national student representation.

Monthly board fee; participation in governance activities and related responsibilities.

Candidates are selected by each Students’ Union; board work is full-time and requires living in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
