SEARCA Scholarship Program 2026 for International Students

The SEARCA Scholarship Program 2026 offers fully funded master’s and PhD scholarships for international students from SEAMEO member countries to pursue graduate studies in Southeast Asia. The program supports studies in agriculture and related fields, with emphasis on areas such as increasing farmer income, food security, climate resilience, and empowerment of agricultural stakeholders. Successful applicants receive a funded pathway to study at top universities in Southeast Asia with a focus on regional development.

Fully financed master’s or PhD programs; monthly stipend; tuition; travel; research budget; access to SEARCA's regional network of agricultural researchers.

International students from the eligible SEAMEO member countries may apply for MS or PhD programs.
